Yammout and with her sister, Maya Yammout, co-founded Rescue Me. Ms. Yammout has conducted forensic social field research and obtained two master’s degrees related to extremism. Over the past 9 years, she and her sister have interviewed more than 70 prisoners in Roumieh prison accused of extremism and related charges in order to develop a behavioral analysis profile of these individuals. The information is then integrated into vocational training opportunities, social media, expressive art and psycho-social support programming with youth when funding is available.
